The English Master Institute (EMI) Worldwide, in partnership with the Governing Council of the Federation of the Sovereign Online State (FSOS), announces the formal signing and ratification of an Intergovernmental and Institutional Cooperation Agreement with Impact International. This development marks a major strategic step in strengthening international collaboration, improving global education systems, and advancing humanitarian engagement.
The agreement was ratified on 26 November 2025 and establishes a unified framework for cooperation in areas central to sustainable development, policy innovation, and global educational advancement. EMI Worldwide and Impact International will jointly implement initiatives that promote institutional growth, leadership development, intergovernmental collaboration, and community transformation.
Objectives of the Cooperation
